Usually Halloween is my favorite holiday. I just really haven't been feeling up to par this year, so it was pretty lame. Riley wanted to be a witch this year, because she has been watching the wizard of oz lately. I thought this was totally boring but she was very excited for it, and it required no work from me so I agreed.

Riley's costume was really easy she picked her hat out herself at the store, then I made her tootoo and her broom stick. Riley LOVES trick or treating. She would walk up to random people and say "hi I'm Riley, I'm a witch. Trick or treat." Oscar was a "boo-tiful" baby for halloween.

I didn't do very many homemade costumes this year. I did make this mermaid outfit for my sister. I also made a crocheted Link costume for a friend that was really awesome. I'll have to post a picture when I have one.
