Riley's B-day

For Riley's Birthday this year she got a puppy because she has really needed a playmate lately since mom is usually preoccupied with the baby. I think Peter has enjoyed Chewy (the puppy) even more then Riley.




I thought It would be fun to do a superhero theme this year because Riley has really been into Batman and any other caped hero lately. I sewed some capes for the kids and bought some masks, thinking it would be great fun. Unfortunately I think Riley was the only one who liked wearing the outfit. I think the other kids were pretty lamed-out by the concept. Overall Riley had a great birthday though. She kept saying, "I'm too happy!"

    I can't believe how grown up she is! It seems like yesterday we were hanging out twice a week :) It was fun seeing you guys...we should set up another night out or in!

    Myla that is the cutest idea ever! Those capes turned out SO CUTE and little Oscar's cape couldn't be more sweet!

    I love the picture of Riley and the pup! I can tell she absolutely loved her birthday- way to go!

    What a fun little dog!! Love it! We miss having you guys around, actually we've missed you guys for the last...6 years? has it been that long since we lived in Brentwood? anyway, I hope you're doing well, I think of you a lot.
